The tea party is about to start. Will you be on time for when we go down the rabbit hole?
Here, you will discover your unique Play Essence and join a magical fort where unheard stories are told - the stories of what moves you as a playful being and what unites you as a team.
Come play!
Meet me on The Playground.
The Playground is a play-based experience where your team discovers their own Play Essence and learns how to use it to lead more fulfilling working lives.
"The opposite of play is not work - it is depression."
- Brian Sutton-Smith
Play is an essential ingredient of a happy working life. When we play, we become fully immersed in what we're doing, we lose the sense of time and we forget about ourselves. Play makes us creative and innovative, it helps us develop social and problem-solving skills.
Every one of us has a distinct Play Essence - we simply prefer some ways to play over others. Learning to identify what these are and how to use them in our day-to-day work will bring clarity and meaning to our careers.
When we play, we are focused, we learn, we collaborate, we bond, we feel energised - in short, we shine! What if your daily work made you feel this way? What if you knew exactly which projects or tasks to take on to do your best work?
How it works:
The Playground uses play as a learning tool to help your team identify their Play Essence and how to use it at work. It is an immersive experience where everyone is active and hands-on, as opposed to passively receiving information.
We will reflect on ourselves and our colleagues, share stories of play and joy and, most importantly, have fun!
By the end of the workshop, you will:

"Thank you so much for guiding us through such a special experience! I could really feel the shift in energy as the team embraced the workshop and yes, the storytelling moment in the fort was one of my favorite part too. It felt like something clicked for us there. And you are wonderful when you lead! Your energy completely changes. You’re so powerful. I love participating when you lead."

"Our H1 kick-off started with a room full of sceptical faces.
The workshop looked… silly.
And then we stopped pretending that “professional” means acting like robots.
We built a fort (yes, a fort). The FLEXECHARGE Fort.
And all of us sat underneath it, founders and CEO included, talking about how we work, what archetypes we identify with, and what that means when things get stressful.
It turned into one of the most human moments I’ve had at work in a long time."
Vaughn Gabriel Häußer-Moses / Strategic Account Manager @ Flexecharge
"Day 2 took a turn for the… playful:
We explored our “Play Essence” (yes, that’s a thing!), through 8 archetypes like Mover, Joker, Explorer or Competitor.
🎪 Ended with a giant tent-like FLEXECHARGE fort, where we shared our play styles, laughed, reflected — and maybe got just a little emotional."
Christophe Lephilibert / Marketing & Communications Director @ Flexecharge
"I didn’t expect a small jar with colours to say so much about how I work.
During our kickoff team-building at FLEXECHARGE, we did an activity where we discovered our 8 play archetypes: the way we enjoy playing (and working) the most.
It was so cool to understand what my colleagues enjoy most when they play, and how that translates into how we work.
Because work doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Work can be play. Work can be fun.
It was also really nice to see Monica again facilitating this.
You’re amazing, Monica! 😍 "
